CANT PLAY ONLINE. High CPU usage across all EA games apparently?

Im so tired of being ignored by staff on here. your company is a joke, and a big part of that is you guys ignore people with genuine gamebreaking issues. 

Im so sorry my problems arent Ultimate Team related. otherwise they would have fixed it by now.

game runs at 90 percent CPU with extrememly high MEM usuage. tired of explaining becuase you wont respond anyways. 

was told to go to ea help, yet theres NOWHERE to speak to an advisor despite them saying you can. spent an hour scrolling for no reason. all ea help recommends is for you to check ea forums. what an absolute joke. you guys are a horrible company. I know, with 100% certainty, the issue is not my fault. its an optimization issue with PC. Someone worth a **bleep** please for the love of god just help us, or get a real job. respectfully.
