Cant start a live chat
Everytime I try to start a live chat if ends up redirecting me back to the EA home page I’ve tried different browsers clearing my cache and using a VPN but nothing works , my EA account was wrongly banned and I’m trying to get into a chat with an advisor for help but it just doesn’t work , I tried it also when I log in but then the option for live chat just doesn’t come up
Just found a solution I had to create a new account and use a vpn on American serves and it worked
