Career mode black screen

When I playing UEFA matches in career mode, the screen goes black during the mid-season break or at the end of the match. I am a pc user and my computer system is more than enough for this game. I tried all the ways to solve this problem. Finally, I noticed that 3 game files are deleted by themselves. I restore the files, play the same match again and as you can guess, the same problem occurs again. I guess this is an endless loop. Although there are many forum posts about this problem, you, as administrators, do nothing. There is no update about this problem. Please do something about this problem.
