Case Reported: 48 Hours of Server Issues
It is approaching 48 hours of the EA Servers being down and many other players.
At times I thought the issue was resolved as I was able to log into Ultimate Team, however I was then booted out not long after, along with the slow loading screens.
I've contacted EA Support once again and I seem to be getting the same response every time with no actual update on the situation.
I was just told, "I see, since you already have posted this in the forums it will greatly help with the visibility of the case, Thank you for doing this, rest assured I have recorded this case"
Other then EA Support saying that they have "recorded the case", has anyone gotten any actual useful information.
I later asked "What's another step I can take if this doesn't move forward? Especially with a mode like ultimate team, many players have spent a considerable amount of money and time on this game." Being replied to with "For the mean time you can try some troubleshooting steps, like changing the DNS server." This just does not work...
One of the final messages I received included "At least we have tried."
