Clubs games disconnecting after full match

I play ultimate team every day but recently got into playing clubs with a couple of friends. It's a lot of fun, except when you play an entire match and the game disconnects right before you get your xp and skill points... Is there any way I can report this bug to EA? I never have these issues on Ultimate Team but it seems like it happens every 2-3 games on Clubs. Anyone else have this issue???
