I am still having this issue on pc. After I play one game in clubs, I click next match and I get this notification every time. The only fix I have been able to do is close app and reopen. Then I have to do this everytime I want to play clubs. For example if I want to play 5 club matches. I would have to close app and reopen 5 times. It will not keep me in the team channel.

Same here, I also play on pc and I have to restart for every pro clubs match I want to go into. And if iI go to change my character it does not let me into the lobby and cannot join through an invite. This also happens when I want to join a lobby for online friendlies as well. Is this the same problem your facing or has it been resolved now?
This is getting really annoying, everytime after a clubs match im forced to restart because after every match im met with "there was a problem getting your online information" and its been going on for weeks now,wheres the fix???
I just installed the game on pc about 5 days ago and im having this very issue where it tells me this and I have to restart my game and load back in every time just to play clubs, please help.
