Clubs: there has been a problem with your online information. Please try again.

After a clubs match, I click on the next match option and I get a screen like this. When I close and open the game, I can re-enter my teammates and start the game. But closing and opening the game af...

I think they sleep or something at the job , 4 months into game and the bug still not fixed 😂🤡

Hi everyone,

this doesn't seem like a widespread issue, so it would help to collect some more information in order to get to the bottom of this.

Do you get the error message after every game? The only thing that ever worked was restarting the game?

Summary of Issue: When I try getting into clubs league match, it says ‘There was a problem getting online information’ and I don’t know what to do
What should be happening instead? I should just be able to play and get into lobby each match rather than restarting the application every time

When does the error occur: After Every Single Match
Potential Repro Steps: Play one Game of Clubs or Rush.
Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 1/23/25 11:38 AZ TIME But it happens every time not sure if this matters.
Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48 hours if possible)
