this doesn't seem like a widespread issue, so it would help to collect some more information in order to get to the bottom of this.
Do you get the error message after every game? The only thing that ever worked was restarting the game?
If you could also provide some additional details, please.

- Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP):
- Summary of Issue:
- When does the error occur:
- Potential Repro Steps:
- Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone):
- Especially within UT, Timestamps are vital and it's important they are recent (no older than 48 hours if possible)
