After a clubs match, I click on the next match option and I get a screen like this. When I close and open the game, I can re-enter my teammates and start the game. But closing and opening the game after each match has become boring. Urgent help is needed. the error on the screen reads: there has been a problem with your online information. Please try again.
Port forwarding fixed my problem, its weird because I didn't have any issues on FC24, what a joke...

What happens when the bug occurs? When I try getting into clubs league match, it says ‘There was a problem getting online information’ and I don’t know what to do
What should be happening instead? I should just be able to play and get into lobby each mathc rather than restarting the application every time… please fixe this bug asap…
It's truly disgusting for EA to be aware of this bug yet after half a year they still haven't fixed it. I have 10 players waiting on me to restart my game after every clubs match. Shameful company. Fix it!
