After a clubs match, I click on the next match option and I get a screen like this. When I close and open the game, I can re-enter my teammates and start the game. But closing and opening the game after each match has become boring. Urgent help is needed. the error on the screen reads: there has been a problem with your online information. Please try again.

I’m on xbox series x and I am having the same issue with Clubs. When I play after the first match can continue playing without closing app. It is very stressful to be closing app every match to be able to play. Fix this as soon as possible.
I have two gaming PCs and have tried on both of them and get the same bug.
I also thought it might be a line problem and tried various routers and connection methods to no avail. My guess is that it is the compatibility with the line provider that is causing the problem.

Same here, I also play on pc and I have to restart for every pro clubs match I want to go into. And if iI go to change my character it does not let me into the lobby and cannot join through an invite. This also happens when I want to join a lobby for online friendlies as well. Is this the same problem your facing or has it been resolved now?

This is getting really annoying, everytime after a clubs match im forced to restart because after every match im met with "there was a problem getting your online information" and its been going on for weeks now,wheres the fix???
