After a clubs match, I click on the next match option and I get a screen like this. When I close and open the game, I can re-enter my teammates and start the game. But closing and opening the game after each match has become boring. Urgent help is needed. the error on the screen reads: there has been a problem with your online information. Please try again.

The problem came back and is extremely peristent, have to restart the game after every match.
Have you been able to fix it because i’m having the same problem of having to reopen

I am having the same issue... no issues on FC 24 or any other games or game modes
