My gameplay is slow, players are slow to pass, getting tackled from behind, left stick is not responsive, it takes 2 working days to do a left turn when facing a defender

Just thinking out loud here - botswana latency is probably buggered - you're not going to solve this with "traceroute to game server". You can try to sniff it with CAASM or other local network solution.
And honestly - they load-balance these likely on Cloudflare or Akamai.
If they published these, they'd have a MASSIVE security lapse.
