Companion App : No access to the Transfer Market

Hi,

i need help regarding not having access to the web app transfer market, when i open the transfer market the below message pops up:

This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion App.

note that i have been playing UT for the past 3 months daily.

Hi there. All the details we have on opening the market can be found here. Also, the amount of accounts playing FC Ultimate Team are also considered as well as if your account has been actioned for violating the Terms of Service in the past.
