Companion App Issues

Basically, I’m away from home for the next month and will not be able to log into eafc on console as a result. I was hoping to still be able to play through the rest of Team of the Season via the companion app, but I’m having issues connecting to it. I’ve added a screenshot of what it tells me. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times yet there’s no change. Can anyone please help?
