Companion app not loading

The eafc25 app won’t load despite successful login, being connected to WiFi or data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Web app is the same. Any fix?

Is there a solution for this now, I am on IOS. Cant get in tried almost everything except logging into myfc25 account which I cannot do atm
