I was pirated on my fifa account and I've already talked to your support, and from the walk that goes and from what they told me I think it's very stupid not being able to recover the cards that the hacker gave quick sell, and don't tell me that it's just recovering through the mobile application that's no use, the hacher exhausted me the opportunities to recover the cards and I have to wait 10 days. And guess when the 10 days to go get the cards over, they won't be there anymore. This happens on the 12th of this month and if you do the math you will see that I won't have time to retrieve the letters. I've already asked for help but I'm seeing that it's no use.
