Connecting to ultimate team not possible at the moment

Really not acceptable that you appear to be the only EA rep. responding to this issue 35 mins ago after this has been going on for around 6hrs +

EDIT : Just checked my emails (after being worried how many people here were saying they'd been banned) and have now also been banned it seems. Unbelievable. Can this company get any worse?!

Been at least 7 hours of the same issue.  No acknowledgment from EA on any platform.  Embarrassing.

Alot of people are having this issue rn. Even my friends are not able to play. Able to play rivals but the moment the match ends the game kicks out and also even open packs in store. please fix this ea

Got perma banned. All I did was try to login during server crash, wtf is this

The EA EULA tells me about EA's and my obligations. Now it's been almost a full business day and the product I paid a lot of money for still doesn't work. How long am I going to wait for an apology and information about WHEN WHAT I PAID FOR WILL WORK??? HALLOOOOOOOOOO???

it is not possible.I think they closed the live chat help page because they had a lot of complaints.
