Connecting to ultimate team not possible at the moment

i was just banned for "cheating" while trying to get onto the game because i thought it was my internet being the issue. whats going on with that? pls ttell me ill get unbanned ive never cheated once in my life in this game ive been playing since fifa 15

Same problem. The lack of communication on the part of ea is what bothers me the most. I can not believe you’d treat your customers this way, while you try to sell the new game. I can only imagine what it’s like when there’s no new game around the corner. 
The fact that the recent post about not being able to buy Fc points got an immediate response is icing on the cake. 

Common man I've tried everything and it still doesn't work. I'm a piece of **bleep**, this is the truth, where you add that I bought the season pass and of course I won't finish it.

sorry to say but way never EA take on account me be is they fold ??? all the time try to send on this tip of FQA websites??? if is over 200 players that mean is for sure from your server can`t be from all players same issue you don`t think so ??

click on the EAUpdater.exe file in the EA folder and update it, the problem will be solved.
