Connection problem with servers - Keeps kicking me out mid game

I keep trying to play rivals and it kicks me out mid game nothing is wrong with my internet I want compensation because I’m trying to finish rivals matches and it literally won’t let me

  • Connection type - Both; Wired & Wireless
  • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Xfinity 
  • Region/Country - USA (East Coast)
  • Timestamp of when you experienced these issues: Began April 2nd during the day and currently ongoing. I have been able to connect to Web App just fine. Every time I log in to console it either says "unable to connect to servers" or,  I am able to get in but then can’t stay connected to any EA games; rush, squad battles, rivals, champs etc.
