Connectivity Loss/Disconnect After Game

Beyond frustrated at this point. I just finished up a Squad Match - won 4-1. Final whistle blew and before the menu pulled up to leave, I lost connection (forgot to screenshot). Wasn't kicked out of Ultimate Team, just back to the Squad Battle menu, and found that I was awarded a forfeit (0-3). This is crazy.

Can a community manager or someone get back to me about getting me my points?
