Console crashes

My PS5 slim crashes every time i play FC25 and never in a different game. I’ve tried everything but nothing work. this happens whenever I am in a game or just in the menu. I’ve tried resetting the database and done everything recommended but nothing helps, I am sure it’s a problem with EA servers or a signal that my ps5 cant handle.
