Constant disconnects during matches and in menus

Question

During roughly 2 out of every 3 matches played, I have been disconnected with the "Unable to connect to the EA servers..." error. Almost every time it has disconnected me to the main menu, but I'm still connected to the EA servers once I get to the main menu(!). I have kept ping plotter open during every game (to track ping and packet loss every 0.1s), and not once has it spiked in ping or packet loss. I've lost my qualifiers to Champions because of this, despite typically going 5W-0L. But I can't even play rivals to get enough points because I keep getting disconnected.

In addition to this, I've been trying to navigate the menus, buying players, doing SBCs, opening packs, and getting frequent loading symbol for ~10s, then getting an error returning me to the FUT hub.

Many others on the forums/externally such as reddit, discord, facing the same issue.

@hawicky So many in the same boat mate. EA are saying it's the ISP's. I contacted BT and they said no issue.

Had this too, along with the game stuttering, EA really trying their best to make us not be able to actually play the game, you go into a game its stuttering on PC, you sit in the menus you get told you can't connect to ultimate team, you wanna change your squad?? nope. No chance. You actually end up by a miracle getting into a game and it gives you a loss when there is no connection issues.&nbsp;

I’ve had it going on for about three weeks. Frustrating thing is any game it happens during, no credit for anything. Then with Squad Battles or Loan players, it counts as a game played so you lose one of the 12 points paying games and lose a game off the loan players.&nbsp;
