control isn't working on PvP modes

My keyboard control isn't working in any pvp mode in ultimate team. Classic, alternate, customized - nothing works only short pass works in whatever key I assign it to, and there's no response to the other keys then. I have no problem with squad battles or other offline playable modes. 

I reinstalled the game but the problem doesn't go away. Do anybody has any idea about this?
