I played 3 champs final games, my 1st game I won 4-2 and the player rage-quitted, next game, I won after 90 minutes, and I realized I was 1-1. I played another game and went 4-0, and he rage-quitted, but when I went to the champs tab, it showed I was 1-2. So I checked the Pre-Season Objective, and it shows I have won 3 games. I started getting disconnected from the games either when I start the game , like immediately after the cutscenes or when the opponents rage quit. It's not disconnecting from the account , it just takes me to the main menu and says " EA Servers Are Unavailable Right Now" . Anyone else have this problem ? Hello, I have a persistent issue with EA Sports FC 25 on PS5: - The game connects to EA servers but disconnects after ~1 minute, every time. - NAT Type 2, public IP, ports open. - On mobile internet and via VPN the connection is stable. To investigate, I ran traceroute and MTR tests to EA endpoints: - utas.external.s2.fut.ea.com (Ultimate Team service) - easo.ea.com (EA Online Service) - ea.com and Akamai edge host (a23-198-224-191.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com) Results (logs attached): - **Without VPN**: heavy packet loss on upstream nodes (Zayo in Amsterdam, Lumen in Washington, Akamai in Warsaw). Example: 96% loss at ae2.cs1.ams17.nl.eth.zayo.com. Game disconnects after ~1 minute. - **With VPN**: 0% packet loss, stable gameplay (horrible ping). This clearly shows that the problem is not on my console or local network, but in the routing path from my ISP to EA servers. Could you please: 1. Confirm that these endpoints (utas, easo, Akamai) are correct for FC 25 gameplay sessions. 2. Provide a statement confirming that packet loss on my ISP’s routing path is the cause of disconnects, so I can forward it to my ISP for escalation. Hi EA Team, I play EAFC 25 through Amazon Luna. When I try to log into the Web or Companion Apps, I get the message: "Early Web and Mobile Access has expired. Please log on on PC or Xbox to allow access." The issue is that as a Luna-only player, I don’t own a PC or console version of EAFC 25. This means there’s no way to complete the required one-time login step to Ultimate Team outside of Luna. As a result, Luna players are permanently locked out of the Web and Companion Apps, even though we are paying to play the game via Luna. This feels very unfair to cloud players. We’re using an official platform (Amazon Luna), yet we can’t access features that other players get by default. Could EA please: Allow Luna logins to count for Web/Companion App access, OR Provide an alternative method for Luna-only players to authenticate? EA Help support confirmed this limitation but could not provide a solution. They suggested raising the issue here so the development team is aware. Thank you for looking into this.
