14/15 FUT Champs played server Crash in Champs Blocking 93+ TOTS Pick Objective
Hey everyone, A number of us in the community have run into a frustrating issue during the current Champions Finals objective in FC 25. The objective requires you to play 15 Champions Finals matches to earn a 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Player Pick reward — but for some players, a game-breaking problem has made this impossible to complete. During one of the 15 matches, players are randomly being kicked from the game with the error: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.” This error forfeits the match, counting it as a loss, and prevents progression toward the 15-match requirement — even if all 15 matches were attempted fairly. Important Points: There is no issue with players’ internet connections — the problem appears to be server-side, likely on EA’s end. This effectively locks players out of the 93+ Player Pick, through no fault of their own. It’s especially frustrating because the issue happens mid-match, after matchmaking, wasting time and effort. What We’re Asking: Recognition of this issue from the development/support team. Restoration of progress for affected players, or ideally, Compensation in the form of the 93+ Player Pick or equivalent rewards for those who completed 15 matches but were blocked by this server error. for the past month or two I’ve had a reoccurring issue of not being able to connect to ultimate team. This has restricted me from accessing UT completely. Times when I have been able to get into UT I’ve received this same error message at various occasions: Searching for games, just after kickoff, after my opponent leaves(counts as loss), when the game ends(counts as loss), viewing sbcs, completing sbcs, viewing objectives, claiming objectives, opening the transfer market, opening the store, opening packs, applying chemistry styles too This issue has made the game completely unplayable and as someone with nearly 500 hours on the game it’s a big let down. This issue is solely for Ultimate Team as other online modes work perfectly with zero disconnects. I’m from los Angeles and I noticed through trace routes that my data when playing EAFC 25 UT is being sent to data centers across Europe like Poland and Germany and never to the one that’s actually closest to me which would be in Los Angeles. I think this is why my gameplay feels unplayable it feels like I’m playing with a handicap every match. Every game mechanic is unresponsive and out of sync. Why am I unable to connect to the closest data center? Is this my isp’s fault or ea’s for not connecting me with my closest data center? I can't normally be bothered to complain because nothing ever seems to change with this game, but I'll try just to add my voice to what others have been saying for years in the vain hope something will happen. I use the term inconsistent in the title, but the gameplay IS actually mostly consistent. Consistently poor! Meaning it feels like all input is delayed and the players are running through mud. Occasionally, I might get a few games in the week where the players feel responsive and don't feel like I'm sending my input by post. Most of the time this isn't the case. After the major patch that sped the general speed of the game up about 6 months ago there was a period where the gameplay responsiveness was very good. In the last few months it's seems to have been downhill to such an extent that I've stopped playing. If anyone is reading this from EA - it's not my broadband connection or at least highly unlikely. I have a fast fibre broadband 300MB connection and play on about 10-25 ping. I play lots of fast action games and they all feel responsive. Hello, I am trying to link my Xbox account to my EA account, but EA is not allowing me due to some placeholder email that EA has made for my account. The email domain that is linked for some reason is some @disabled.ea.com domain that I have never used or recognize at all. I am trying to unlink this from my EA account to be able to link my correct Xbox account; the Xbox account has the same email address as my current EA account (just not able to link them).
