controller keeps skipping

Hi all, I Just bought the game few days ago, when i installed and started, my controller keeps skipping the menu 1 option, both with joystick and LB/RB buttons, i thought my controller is broken so i ordered a new, but same problem stays, i tried disabling stream input but no use, I m also having trouble to set my squad, its skipping every other players, any Suggestions how to fi the issue?
