6 months agoTry to disconnect any other USB devices for now and use other USB ports for testing (3.0 if there is one).
Deleting the existing settings folder from this location may also help sync everything again
C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
Test different controller settings to see if there is a difference between custom and classic settings.
- Belmin17096 months agoNew Rookie@EA_Pulsar thank you for quick reply, but nothing of that works. I have tried again everything you said, tried without mouse and keyboard, always using 3.0 USB ports, deleted settings folder from where you said, tried another controller settings, another controller, but nothing works. As I previously said, same problem has been at the start of EA FC 25 and you guys from EA fixed it with TU 2, and it worked in a period from TU 2 to TU 5. After TU 5 my controller is not recognized (and how I see lot of other people have that same problem). Can you somehow turn back those specs and updates from that period because I think is the only way to work properly and without problems with controllers? Please fix it somehow.
