Controller Not Working in FIFA 25 Ultimate Team on PC

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my controller while playing FIFA 25 Ultimate Team on PC, specifically in the Rivals mode. I downloaded the game on Steam, and whenever I try to play Rivals or any online mode, the game switches to keyboard and mouse controls, which I do not want. My controller is not functioning properly, preventing me from playing the game effectively. I often have to abandon matches because I cannot control my players as intended.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Checked the controller settings in the game.
Updated the controller drivers.
Tested with another compatible controller.
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue.
