Controls Not Working in Seasons or Online Friendlies (PC)

I'm having a strange issue with EA FC on PC. My controls (both keyboard and gamepad) work perfectly fine in most game modes — including Manager Career, RUSH, Kick-Off, and the Trainer.

However, whenever I try to play Seasons or a game with a friend (online), my controls completely stop working. My player just stands still and doesn’t respond at all to any input.

I’ve tried switching between keyboard and controller, but the issue remains the same. Everything else in the game functions normally — it’s only these online modes where the problem occurs.

Has anyone else faced this issue or found a fix for it?
