Crash of the game during squad battles
- Hi, I got the problem during playing squad battles and I got 0 points for those matches. Firstly crash game freezed and crashed during the penalty (see attachment). In the second match connection has been lost, but I was connected to WIFI - again 0 points. Third situation during out Roberto Carlos stucked without the ball and I couldn’t do anything - had to leave the match. Again 0 points. Could you please take a look at mentioned problems? I played on PS5. I would like to have also compensation because I lost time, got upset and I will get worse rewards, but it wasn’t my fault. Thank you and regards.
