Crashing in online

so i had issues with crashing in fifa 25, it turned out to be something with my windows firewall and I disabled it and it fixed it. However i still crash in online games only. Everything loads just fine but as soon as kickoff hits it crashes. volume cuts off, black screen, then it closes.
