For the last 3 hours I can’t get in the ultimate team says “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment” I mean I pay for this game what is this

I think is soft ban 24h because of lot of games in immortal cup I downloaded ps4 version and ultimate team work , so I guess I will be back tomorrow on ps5
