cross play from pc to ps5 not working

I have a ps5 and my friend has pc. When I send him invite its all good and with no problem we can play the game together, but he cannot invite me to any game because he doesnt see my name on the list for invites. He said he received an error says that I dont have an FUT team also at some point.

I am thinking this might be caused because I have also played fc25 on pc on the same related ea account befoire buying the game on ps5 and there is some kind of a account mix in the background. 

Who can help on this?
