Damage Caused by Maintenance

Due to recent maintenance, I have been unable to access my game. I’ve already opened several tickets to resolve the issue, but due to template responses, a solution has not been reached. The problem is that when I try to log into the game, I cannot load the files, and as a result, I can't even access the menu anymore.

I’ve tried everything—reinstalling the game, repairing the game through the EA app—but nothing has worked.

Since I’ve received the same responses in my last 5 tickets, I would now like to request a refund for the money I’ve invested in the game.

As a last resort, I will check the forum to see if someone can assist me, but if not, I would like to request the refund mentioned above.
