Hey, @SerkanIbr, Your settings profile could have been damaged if your game crashed for some reason. And that's why it is no longer available. I understand that you had to create a new one. Please close any background applications before you launch the game as they can often cause similar issues.

So you are saying to me that I will no longer get my old settings profile???!!! That can’t be real, you must fix the issue because this was not my fault. @EA_Pulsar

@SerkanIbr Your settings file is located in this location if you would like to make a copy of it C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) If it's not available in the game you will have to create your settings again.
If the game was closed suddenly it may have been damaged. We don't have an option to restore it.

Nvm I solved it myself, thanks anyways..
All I had to do is create a new profile and everything will have been restored
