Did not receive Points that came with ultimate edition purchase

I purchased the ultimate edition of the game a few days ago now, and have since not gotten the 4600 fc points that come bundled with it. I have not been able to get help or in contact with anyone useful at EA and they refer me to forums, yes I know I bought the correct version of the game, I've rebuilt my database and done every option even referred to sony themselves. What more can I do
