Can you run that Connection Quality Report again? I'd like to see if you get the same results still.
Same results all over again, same game behaviour.
I would just like to get a refund since it is impossible to play this and seems like there is no solution from EAs side to this.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. This appears to be an issue with your equipment/ISP. We'll keep monitoring for any issues though.
You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if a refund is possible.

Just a comment, I highly doubt this is an issue with my equipment/ISP since I am not the only one having this issue (based on what I see on this thread, and given that I have tried connecting my PS5 to different networks), and this is the only game I have trouble with.
