I'm not being smart. this has been one the worst cases I ever face with. No online adviser and not emailing back is frustrating. I've paid for the game and it is my right to know what the reason of my banned account is. if you know a way to contact an adviser, let me know. I'm missing out on new event. I don't have multiple accounts. I only use one account. I do not buy or sell coins. I just want to play and enjoy. THAT'S WHAT I'M HERE FOR. I've been play FIFA SINCE FIFA 17
