Division Rivals - Timer expired before players were ready
I haven't been able to find division 3 rivals opponents for two weeks. Champions works fine as well as rush. I have tried switching the matchmaking settings but nothing works.

I also have been having this issue for the past several weeks. It appears that I match with someone and am able to get into the kit selection screen in division rivals but the timer keeps expiring and I am not able to start a match.
I’m still having this issue and then once I hit the OK for that message and it brings me back to the Squad page, it shows that someone has joined the lobby (message in the lower right corner of the screen)
It's been 2 months since my reply and I'm still having this issue. I've also started seeing what ggstrong3 mentioned where once I get brought back to the squad page it shows that someone has joined the lobby (message in the lower right corner of the screen).
