I downloaded FC25 using a code I got from an EA employee. When I downloaded the game, I opened it to be met with a message saying. I didn’t have the necessary permissions to advance. I checked EA forums and there are hundreds of players having the same issue. EA support said they’d patch it in title update 2, but when that patch came out, all of us no longer saw the permissions error but are now stuck on a trial version of the game where we can only play in the training center or upgrade the game. When you click update, the store can’t be reached. This has been going on since before release and has not been properly addressed. Getting in direct contact with both EA support and Sony support has not helped. EA, please see this and offer us at the very least a specific explanation. This needs to be fixed so that your customers can play the game that they are entitled to play.
