Dont get the icon

Hi, I desperately need help, please.

I haven't received the Icon, why?

I bought the new, expensive version of the FC 26 game yesterday.

I've been playing for almost 20 years and I never have luck with packs or my account anyway. Now I'm not even receiving what I paid a lot of money for... This is really frustrating.

Please fix this.
