dont launch

Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased EA SPORTS FC 25 through the Epic Games Store, but the game gets stuck on the loading screen (EA logo) and does not proceed any further. It stays on this screen for hours without loading.

I have already tried the following steps:

• Verified game files in the Epic Games Launcher
• Checked firewall settings and allowed EA and Epic apps
• EA App is installed and logged in
• Cleared cache in the EA App
• Launched everything as administrator

The issue still persists. I would appreciate your help in resolving this.
