Ea disrupting controllers in squad battles

So if ea didn’t mess squad battles enough already with crashing the game I have also experienced them changing what buttons are what half way through a squad battles match so I lost and had hardly any points for the match.  I am so disgusted with how they are trying to disrupt us as loyal customers and our progress just to make us buy more points and packs ect. I wonder if ea will respond or even compensate? Sick to death and will not buy another title from this disgraceful organisation
