Error Too Many Computers Have Accessed This Account's Version Of EA SPORTS FC 25

I have this problem since I bought the game on other account (played it before on other account where problem was here too),  waited for more than 48 hours, tried offline-mode, reinstalling, untrusting devices and nothing changed. Platform: Steam.
