EA FC 25 game stoped while playing.

hello, i was playing in ultimate team at bundesliga cup, my last game, i was 2-0 at half time, and when the second half started, the game just stoped, on screen i was seen just the field, and nothing more. I lost the game for DNF..and was the only game i needed to complete the cup. How i can report this to ea to give me back the game to play it. Thank you!
