It is likely you are missing specific files, downloading and installing the following should help:

If you happen to have an 'N' Edition of Windows, download and run the following Media Feature Pack, thanks.

Hi @EA_Barry , thanks a lot for your qick answer!

I installed the DirectX runtime, but still get the same error. And I'm not running an "N"-version.

I'm wondering if it could be insufficient graphics hardware. My computer has a AMD Ryzen 5 G internal graphics - no separate graphics card. It supports DirectX12.

Do you happen to know if this could be the cause of the error?
