EA FC 25 suddenly goes really lag maybe after Windows update

My laptop specs is GTX 1650 with 16GB RAM, i5 10th

I was playing the gaming really smooth just like the days before, but yesterday, I opened the game and it's so laggy, although I didn't change any settings or something, but I think that happened after my laptop got automatically update. I tried to play EA FC 24 and it's run smoothly with no stuttering, so why my EA FC 25 got worst like that, it just really stuttering and lagging and everything bad, but the day before I was completely playing the game with no problems. PLEASE HELP ME
