EA FC 25 ultimate edition not appearing in library after redemption

Purchased Ultimate edition and it shows in my EAdata that i own the game but it does not appear in library.

Hey everyone! I want to clarify this specific issue.

Our team has thoroughly reviewed this. If your game doesn't appear in your library after redeeming the code, even after clearing your cache and logging out and back into your account, we strongly recommend contacting the retailer from whom you purchased the game for further assistance.

Thanks for the link, yes chat did work once i logged out....wow how stupid!
And now the bad news for all those waiting for tomorrow to come and the game icon to appear, after speaking and complaining at length, the chat services are unable to help!
They said i need to get a refund from Amazon, even though my code has been redeemed successfully it might be a faulty code which is just stupid as the code redeemed.
Now Amazon are saying they wont refund as the game has been redeemed successfully.

Im going round in circles each blaming one another.
So i would take from my chat with support, that anyone waiting for their download to appear tomorrow is going to be disappointed!
And ive just wasted £90 ☹️
