EA FC 25 Unable to connect with EA Servers on PC

Hello, I have the ultimate Edition of Ea FC 25 on Steam so I could play since yesterday. The Problem is that I cant connect with the ea servers so I cant play online. It worked two times, one time...

a message pops up telling me that the servers are univailabe and to go to a website but when i go to it it doesnt help me

    It's outrageous how these burgglers just scam milions of people
    I'm facing the same since the last 12 hours, I did everything already... customer service? any assistance? 
    no f***in way, they dont give a **bleep** about their consumers... Konami will love it
