EA FC 25

I recently received EA gift cards. I purchased $25 worth of EA FC 25 points and went onto my Xbox series x account. I noticed I didn't receive my points. I checked and saw that when I purchased them through EA, they dispersed them to the PC version. I don't play the PC version nor have a PC that can run EA FC. Is there any way I would be able to transfer the points from PC to Xbox?
