I can't play the game for almost a month because after every start I can't get past the part shown in the attached picture and without any error message it freezes here and doesn't load even after 4 hours of waiting.
I have tried all the solutions suggested by AI but it does not work, I have reinstalled the game, the computer but it does not work.
I would be very happy if someone could help me with this.

Community ManagerWhen you switch to window frame mode with Alt+Enter, can you launch the game?
Same Issue but i was able to get to this screen by switching between windowed and Fullscreen but everything is just not loading but working if i click it changes menu. So working but not showing. Pic attached
I Have the exact same issue for almost 3 weeks now and EA are refusing to take responsibility for it. They said my issues is isolated, but obviously its not as I have seen tons of people saying the same thing. EA have scammed a lot of people here.
